Julia Tindall has done it again! This wonderful book shares practical ways for taking everyday life to another level. Embracing life and being happy and at peace with what is adds depth and dimension to life that would not be possible without this awareness. Highly recommended!
I have studied Jnana yoga and other forms of self inquiry and I am grateful that Julia Tindall has written this book. It offers the reader a very simple and easy way to undertake the challenge of looking at oneself honestly... This book reads easily and I find it very practical in helping me confront my blind spots and overall develop greater self awareness.

This is an updated version of which I have not read - I have the original. I read this book and it was like taking the the red pill... (see[...]) My life changed immensely when I activated my witness and began using other skills hidden deep within (the book showed this to me). It's an easy to read guide that can be read from page one or opened to any chapter that feels relevant in the moment. I would highly recommend reading it and reading it again...
Great book! Highly recommend for personal growth and reflection.
